EFUGY Return & Refund Policy


Eligibility for Return:

We stand behind the quality of our products, and your satisfaction is important to us. Most items sold on EFUGY are returnable within 30 days of receiving the order unless otherwise specified. Just so you know, certain products, such as perishable or custom-made items, are marked as final sale and cannot be returned.


Acceptable Return Condition:

All items should be returned in their original condition, unopened and undamaged. Products should also be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.


How to Make a Return:

To initiate a return, please email 3d@efugy.com with your order number, the product(s) you're returning, and the reason for the return. If applicable and you're near one of our brick-and-mortar stores, you can also bring the product for an in-store return and proof of purchase.


Return Shipping Costs:

EFUGY is pleased to offer free returns. Once your return request is approved, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label. Please attach the label to your return package and drop it off at the nearest post office or shipping provider specified on the label.


Return Fees:

We do not charge any restocking fees. Returns are free, though we suggest that the product meets the acceptable return condition to avoid any complications.


Return Deadlines:

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the purchase date. Any returns after this period will not be accepted.


Refund Policy:

After receiving and reviewing the returned product, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method if the item is found in an acceptable condition. If the return is initiated after our 30-day return window, but within 60 days, only store credit will be provided.


Refund Processing Time:

Please allow us 3-5 business days to process your return once received. Following that, depending on your bank or credit card company, the refund might take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.


Exchange Policy:

We offer exchanges for products of equal value or a different version/size/color of the same item based on availability. You can start the exchange process by contacting us at 3d@efugy.com.
